4:30pm – 6:00pm Monday April 21 Early Arrival Event: Beers and Bocce Ball

Join Field Service USA 2014 attendees in a relaxed atmosphere on the Las Palmas lawn before the formal sessions begin. Cool off with some cold brews while playing a friendly game of Bocce Ball. 7:00am – 8:30am Tuesday April 22 Group Hike: Bump & Grind Trail Easy/Moderate Workout

RSVP Required by April 7th, 2014 to Bridget.Johnston@wbresearch.com. This is a short exercise hike popular for it steep grade that affords a good workout. The trail climbs quickly, winding above the desert floor, with great views of the tree canopy surrounding the desert cities, as well as the urban environment of Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage. The trail continues up until topping out, giving hikers a good view of the Santa Rosa Mountains to the South and the Little San Bernardino Mountains and Indian Hills to the north. Length 2 miles, elevation gain 800 ft. Remember your sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat and water! Meet in the lobby at 6:45am. Shuttle leaves promptly at 7am. Shuttle will return hikers to lobby at 8:30am.
