Vince is currently responsible for Nova’s Material Metrology Division- Global Support Business Unit. This includes all customer service and support business related responsibility, technical support, NPI and CIP programs, support documentation, training, metrics and performance. He is a Senior Executive, Service and Support Business Leader, experienced running startups to large corporations in areas of global customer and field support, applications, sales, marketing, and technical training within technology segments.
