Stephen Hillier is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Jacobs’ Construction, Maintenance and Turnarounds global business unit. Joining Jacobs in 1992, Stephen began his career in the trades as an iron worker and quickly progressed through positions in supervision, safety, business development and general management. Today, he leads a team of 11,000 construction and maintenance employees who build, operate and maintain world-class facilities. From large and small capital construction projects, long-term mechanical maintenance, shutdowns and turnarounds, to soft trades and facility maintenance, Stephen is committed to working alongside clients, associations, labor providers and the Jacobs team to build a strong and sustainable industry.
