Adam’s career is marked by his ability to create exceptional results through a focus on strategy and alignment of people, systems, and process. As Chief Operating Officer for Impel, Adam is building a world-class organization to impart new energy into flow management, delivering comprehensive solutions in field and shop services, supply, and engineered systems though its brands and branches.

Adam was recognized as a 2025 Stand Out 50 Leader, and a 2023 Service Visionaries 100. He has been a featured speaker and panelist at multiple conferences and events in Field Service and Mechanical Contracting, as well as for organizations including BOMA and Efficiency First. He was a founding Advisory Committee member of the ACCA Building Performance Council and has been a contributor to BUILDINGS magazine, the HVAC/R News, PHCP Pros, and podcasts and webinars with Salesforce, Future of Field Service, Service Council, and more.

Investing in future generations, Adam volunteers with youth education organizations like the Washington Alliance for Better Schools, where he serves as an Industry Advisory Board Member, and Washington State Opportunity Scholarship where he is a volunteer mentor.
