Field Service 2025 Best-In-Class Awards: Call for Nominations

Thank you to everyone who submitted nominations for the 2025 Field Service Best-In-Class Awards! We’re excited to recognize outstanding achievements in service across five award categories. Stay tuned as we announce the finalists and celebrate the best in the Field Service community.

The award categories are:

TEAM AWARD

• Best Service & Support Strategy Team Implementation

TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATION (Company Award)

• Most Innovative and New Approach to Service Delivery
  
• Best AI Use Case & Implementation

INDIVIDUAL AWARDS

• Outstanding Woman in Service
• Field Service Hall of Fame (Lifetime Achievement Award(s)

Winners will receive the red carpet treatment. A free pass to the entire event, a feature on the Field Service Palm Springs website, respect, recognition, bragging rights, and tons of free press! But we need your nominations to make this happen.

Here are the rules:

• Nominations must be received by February 3rd, 2025.
• Only service organizations and their leaders may be nominated. Vendors, however, may nominate their clients.
• Self-nominations and nominations on behalf of other service organizations are accepted.
• Nominations will be reviewed and finalists in each category will be determined by the Field Service Advisory Board, and key members of the WBR Field Service team.
• The winners will be announced on Days 1 and 2 during the general session of the conference and celebrated during the evening cocktail reception on April 23.
