Andy Kaszycki is the Senior Director of Network and Field Operations for Northwestel, a telecommunications company in and of Canada’s Far North. Operating in some of Canada’s most remote places and harshest climates, Andy’s teams deliver network and field service solutions in an operating territory that includes 97 communities, spanning almost 33% of Canada’s geography. The vast yet sparsely populated operating area has given Andy unique insight into field service delivery in remote locations, network operations resiliency measures, and how to overcome technical workforce recruitment challenges. During his 35+ year career at Northwestel and Bell Canada, Andy has held varied senior leadership positions in Operations, Business Development and Program Management. Andy has also served four years as a Director on the Whitehorse Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
