Daniel Shearly is the SVP of Product at Syncron, where he leads product strategy across a portfolio of solutions designed to optimize the full service lifecycle for global manufacturers. With over 15 years of experience in product and design leadership, Daniel has delivered award-winning digital platforms across SaaS, retail, telecom, and analytics—holding senior roles at companies including GfK, Sainsbury’s, Sky, and O2 serving millions of users. At Syncron he is now using his background in SaaS, analytics, AI and ML to help realize Syncron's strategy and vision of Service Lifecycle Management to the field service arena and beyond, uniting Syncron's products and driving customer-centric innovation and data-driven product leadership within a rapidly evolving industry.
Over the past few decades, OEMs and their distributors made billions from manufacturing and selling complex, high-value machines, equipment, and industrial assets.
