Eric has been the leader of the F5 Networks Services Logistics department for 10+ years. During that time the team has improved on all key metrics and expanded strategically to meet the growing needs as F5 grew their install base significantly. A notable project was the implementation of a depot planning tool that decreases Inventory dollars by a third while maintaining OTD performance, and improving operating efficiency. Prior to F5, Eric managed Planning, Materials, Service Logistics and processes across several high tech companies over 20 years.
