Jerry hails from both a Client/Customer Services leader and a IT Operations background as an Engineer, a Project Manager, and as a 7x24 Systems Executive. Having over 15+ years in a technical and managerial role of critical business systems, service/support implementations, data center operations and relocation, desktop and service management, and personnel development, Jerry brings a strong bias towards “get it done & get it done well”. Operational Excellence has been a core area around which Jerry designs his operations and staff. Having been in the trenches, as well as directing several organizations thru operational difficulties, Jerry has developed a keen sense of what is important, cost controls, efficiency, and flexibility, all while under the gun to perform to the highest standards. Having worked in various environments, including small startups, large corporate entities, regulated industries, and most recently in dynamic growing private industries, Jerry understands people, process, and performance and what it takes to get the job done with the resources at hand.
