Mike Adams is the Senior Vice President of Global Services Delivery for NCR Corporation, a leading software and services led enterprise provider in the financial, retail and hospitality industries. NCR is headquartered in Atlanta with 36,000 employees globally. In his role, Mike leads an organization of approximately 13,000 service professionals across 60 countries. This team provides 24x7 service support for over 17.5 million installed base customer endpoints.

NCR offers a broad portfolio of multivendor support and maintenance services, project management, as well as managed and predictive service solutions. These capabilities support increased operational efficiency and enable NCR customers to achieve the highest levels of availability and security for their consumer touchpoints. Mike brings a wealth of experience to the role.

Previously, he was President & CEO of FieldCore, a GE company, an industrial field services entity serving multiple fuel segments in the Energy industry. In 1989, Mike began his career with GE as an international gas turbine field engineer. He progressed through various management positions in Europe and the U.S. In 2006, he moved to London as general manager for GE’s air filtration business and in 2009, he was appointed general manager, Global Operations for GE’s Power Generation Services business. In 2012, he joined Alstom’s Thermal Services business as a vice president and was responsible for Alstom’s service regional business. In November 2015, Mike rejoined GE and became the integration leader for Power Services, a $15 billion organization within GE.

Mike and his family are based in Atlanta. To maintain a healthy work-life balance, Mike enjoys spending time with family, reading, and playing golf.
