Mike Harris is responsible for go-to-market strategy and organic growth initiatives across all divisions, including sales and marketing programs, partnerships, and pricing at PremiStar. He also supports the integration of newly acquired companies to accelerate growth. Mike is an accomplished growth leader in the facilities, energy efficiency, technology, and manufacturing industries, delivering a consistent track record of driving organic and inorganic growth and profit improvement in both public and private equity-backed businesses.

Before Joining Reedy in early 2021, Mike was president of Trustview Advisors, a consulting firm devoted to helping companies in the facilities and technology services industry develop and implement growth strategies. Previously, he was president of Industrial Water Solutions for Lindsay Corporation, where he had P&L responsibility for $80M in annual revenues from water filtration and engineered-to-order pumping solutions from industrial, commercial, and municipal customers. From 2002 to 2013, Mike was vice president and general manager for Johnson Controls, where he led several organizations with up to $700M in revenues in both North America and Asia-Pacific that provided technology, services, and financing solutions for industrial, commercial, and public-sector building owners and operators.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from California State University, Fresno, where he graduated magna cum laude.
