Mindy Booknis is an executive leader in IBM’s Technology Lifecycle Services (TLS) and leads the America’s Client management organization. The client management organization focuses on client relationships, delivery, and contract execution to IBM’s top clients . Over Mindy’s 28 year career with IBM, she has led teams in Sales, Delivery, and CIO WW transformation projects, with strong expertise in client relationship management, business architecture, data analytics, and global project management. Mindy is a mother to 2 boys and 2 girls, and a grandmother to 1 grandson. She enjoys active involvement in her community with 20 years of volunteering as a youth basketball coach and commissioner, and leading Girl Scout and Cub Scout groups. She has a passion for the great outdoors and our National Parks, and advocates for outdoor and wilderness education for girls. In her spare time, she loves to travel internationally and loves crafting.
