Mindy Booknis is an IBM Global Director responsible for delivery of IBM’s technical services for its Support as a Service global offering. Over Mindy’s 26 year career with IBM, she has led teams in Sales, Delivery, and the CIO, with strong expertise in business architecture, solutions, and data analytics. She currently leads the Support as a Service business line, leading a large global project office, and cross-functional leadership that leverages IBM’s 19,000 service technicians and 130 + countries to deliver IBM technical services to many of the global market’s largest OEMs’ end user clients.
