Former President of CFESA (2022–2024), 2019 FE&S Top Achiever - Service Agent, and 2022 NAFEM Doctorate of Foodservice recipient. I began my career in banking, learning the value of exceptional customer service, professionalism, and resilience during the 2008 economic crisis. In 2012, I joined SAM Service as a dispatcher and have been privileged to help build its growth and winning culture.
