Patrick is strategic leader with over thirty years of experience in medical equipment service and the US Military. He is known for creating highly efficient and collaborative teams. He has been recognized as a thought leader and for setting a high level of excellence for other teams to emulate. In 2024, he was recognized by Future of Field Service as one of the 50 Stand Out Leaders in Field Service. He is a frequent speaker at Field Service events. During the last 23+ years, he has held numerous positions in the Service organization at Varian. Most recently he is responsible for various aspects of the Service and Installation Operations throughout the Americas for the Americas GEO to include Strategic Operations in North America, Service Sales Operations in the Americas, Head of Service for Latin America Service Operations, Brachytherapy Service and Installs, Service Work Order Processing and Various other Service Programs. Recently he took on responsibility for Installation Project Management oversight. He is directly responsible for all Service revenue generation in the Americas and all Equipment forecasting for revenue and logistics.
