Rose Beunier

Rose Beunier is the Senior Manager US Remote Services which includes the US Remote Contact Center, Dispatch Team & SMART Center for Abbott Laboratories Core Diagnostics Division. Abbott Laboratories is a multinational, multidivisional corporation offering state-of-the-art technologies and solutions across the continuum of healthcare. In her current role, Rose is responsible for driving continuous improvement efforts in the largest Contact Center in Abbott Core Diagnostics to increase operational efficiency & enhance the customer experience. The SMART Center partners with both the Remote Contact Center & Field Service providing data analytics support to uncover actionable recommendations for improvement. Rose helped pioneer many of the activities that have resulted in Abbott today having a highly effective predictive program based on advanced data analytics & powered by IoT.
