He motivates stake holders to develop solutions that meet corporate goals, willing to raise questions that challenge current processes in order to measure and improve them for better overall customer satisfaction.
His background includes serving as a customer advocate to influence continuous improvement in service management systems and processes. Acting as the ‘voice of customer’ to provide feedback and influence organization to make changes that increases customer experience and operational efficiency.
Aleem designed and implemented Key Performance Indicators for quantitative measures of service organization’s effectiveness and shape strategies to support business objectives, revenue growth and cost reduction. He created number of end-to-end process flows, following DMAIC framework and tools to reduce ‘waste’ in existing processes and make them customer centric.
