Andy Stuart

Senior Director, Quality and Customer Assurance HP

Andy Stuart is a Customer Support executive at HP Inc. and leads the Quality organization for the Americas region.  In this role Andy is accountable for resolving the toughest customer and partner problems and for driving product and process improvements for Personal Systems and printers. 

Andy has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic and Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Digital Systems from the University of Paisley and a Master’s in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School.

Andy’s areas of expertise include, process improvement, management of change, project management and leadership development.  He has been a volunteer for PMI since 2007, was the President of the Houston Chapter in 2012 and has been the keynote speaker at local, regional and global PMI events.

Andy is originally from Scotland, moved to Houston Texas in 2000 and currently lives in Boise Idaho.  In his spare time, Andy enjoys spending time with his family, reading, golfing, and volunteering in the community.
