Bulent Cinarkaya joined ServiceNow as VP & GM of Field Service Management. Bulent comes to ServiceNow after six years at Salesforce, where he most recently served as the SVP of Product Management for their largest cloud: Service Cloud. Prior to that, he led their industry products, as well as started and grew Financial Services Cloud and Health Cloud to $100M+ businesses.
Bulent grew up in Istanbul and holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from Istanbul Technical University. During his master’s program, he founded a startup, which is now one of. The biggest ISPs in Turkey. He lives in California with his wife and two sons. He loves playing and collecting guitars and he is a huge NBA Warriors fan.
