With over 25 years of experience in IT Services, I am a seasoned leader and data scientist who drives transformation and technology integration for IBM's Infrastructure - Technology Lifecycle Services business unit. I have a proven track record of delivering innovative IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and business performance for a global organization of remote and mobile engineers. As the Technology Director for TLS, I leverage my expertise in data science, Agile, and ITSM drive transformation and modernization, and ensure that our technology supports our business strategy. I also enjoy coaching teams and future leaders, mentoring students, and being a Women in Data Science (WiDS) Ambassador. I am passionate about solving complex problems, learning new skills, and challenging myself.
