Dave Elario is an aerospace engineer–turned–business leader with a track record of guiding large, complex service organizations across GE, Johnson Controls, and multiple private-equity–backed companies. He currently serves as CEO of EMSAR, a national biomedical and clinical equipment services provider with hundreds of technicians, nurses, and engineers supporting healthcare providers across the U.S.
Dave’s career began in engineering and scaled into executive leadership roles at GE and JCI, where he led high-performance teams in mission-critical service environments. He later brought that operational rigor to PE-owned companies including ERT (now Clario) and currently EMSAR, where he focuses on building strong commercial engines, technician excellence, and an “everybody sells” culture that empowers every team member to drive customer value.
He also serves on investor panels for private equity firms, offering practical insights on service operations, commercial strategy, and building organizations that win through execution and customer experience.
