David Douglas possesses over 30 years of global technology leadership experience. His focus has been in the Lottery and Gaming sectors and broad experience includes executive leadership of North American organizations responsible for Service Management, customer deployments of large scale systems and infrastructure, professional services, technical service, field service, depots, operational support and call centers, lottery systems, land based casino, Shuffle Utilities and Electronic Table products.  His current scope at Scientific Games includes the oversight of Scientific Games' Service Management functions as well as the deployment of all of Scientific Games' Lottery systems, terminals, and communications equipment, all while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
