Devin Bhushan

Devin Bhushan is a software engineer turned founder who has spent his career at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and the people who depend on it most. After starting his career at Yahoo and later leading the AR engineering team at Splunk, Devin became convinced that AR and AI had the power to fundamentally transform how frontline workers access knowledge and that nobody had built it right yet.

In 2021, he founded Squint to change that. Squint is a Manufacturing Intelligence Platform that allows organizations to capture expert knowledge, unlock operator performance, and analyze production insights. Operators love Squint because it uniquely combines spatial computing, AI, and human expertise into an experience that feels almost magical, putting the right information in the right hands, exactly when and where it's needed. Today, global manufacturers and service organizations like Michelin and PepsiCo rely on Squint to cut training time in half, reduce downtime, and close the skills gap on the frontline.

3:25 PM Track C: Sponsor Workshop:The Field Knows More Than Your Software

Every field organization runs on two kinds of knowledge: the kind that lives in your systems, and the kind that lives in your people. Service logs, tribal knowledge, and standard work are disconnected from one another, and more importantly hard to reference in the field when your technicians need it most.
Industrial Intelligence brings together your systems, documentation, and the expertise of your team. It powers applications and AI agents that give your technicians the right information, right when they need it: for diagnostics, troubleshooting, and more accurate fixes.
In this session, Devin Bhushan, CEO of Squint, will walk through how Carolina Handling, the premiere intralogistics material handling company in the Southeast, is using Squint as their go-to intelligence platform for any issue a technician might face in the field, whether it’s an uncommon error code or how to sign into a customer’s secure building. Carolina Handling’s technicians use Squint to spend less time looking for reference material, and more time fixing issues. They’ve been able to reduce escalations, increase first-time-fix-rate, and cut down on costly part re-orders, by equipping every technician with clear and immediate guidance right from their device.
In this workshop, we'll explore:
  • Why the next competitive advantage in field services is a private, compounding intelligence layer— not another enterprise software platform
  • What Industrial Intelligence looks like in practice: from Smart Calls that capture tribal knowledge; to Continuous Improvement agents that proactively identify opportunities to reduce waste
  • How the system gets smarter with every interaction, by turning daily operations into an engine for insight and efficiency
You’ll walk away with a clear picture of where Industrial Intelligence is heading, and a concrete sense of what applied AI looks like in a modern field services organization.
