Edward Krzysik

Edward Krzysik has been in the field service & technology industry for 25 years. Currently, Edward is the Vice President, Customer Value & Strategy with Help Lightning. Previous leadership roles have included Director of Service Programs and Region Director of Operations for Ricoh. During his tenure with Ricoh, Edward developed the Ricoh SmartHands Solutions, which was the recipient of the 2019 Field Services Best-In-Class Award (Most Innovative Approach to Service Delivery). This solution combined both the service standards and remote technology with the assistance of a key partner (Help Lightning). Edward holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History and an MBA from the American Military University. Edward is also a U.S. Army Veteran having served with the U.S. Army Old Guard Fife & Drum Corps.
