Fabio Raffone is the Vice President of Customer Service Operations for North, Central, and South America at Tetra Pak. With over 15 years of experience, Fabio has excelled in leading diverse teams and driving operational excellence across multiple regions. He holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Naples. Fabio's career includes significant roles at Nestlé Italiana S.p.A. and various leadership positions at Tetra Pak, where he has been instrumental in fostering continuous improvement and innovation. He has worked in Italy, Brazil, and the U.S., leveraging his multilingual skills and cross-cultural insights. An active industry thought leader, Fabio has contributed to various industry podcasts and publications and is a member of the Service Council and TSIA (Technology & Services Industry Association). His dedication to excellence and talent development makes him a respected leader in customer service operations.
