George Roberts-Smith is the Group CEO of MCFT, a global leader in commercial kitchen maintenance. Starting at MCFT’s UK headquarters in 2012, George led key process improvements, including the introduction of a mobile solution that enhanced efficiency. In 2015, played a key part in expanding MCFT’s international presence, successfully establishing offices in the UAE, Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia, followed by supporting further expansion into Europe and Asia. After nine years driving international growth, George returned to the UK in 2023 to assume the role of Group CEO. Now leading MCFT’s global strategy, he focuses on scaling operations, delivering top-tier customer service, and fostering a people-centric culture. Beyond MCFT, George actively contributes to industry development. He serves on the Board of Directors at CFESA (Commercial Food Equipment Service Association) and acts as Board Liaison to the Education & Training Committee. Since 2023, he has also been a member of the CFESA Advisory Council, shaping industry best practices and workforce training.
