Jaime has spent the last 28 years in various roles within Medtronic. Currently leading the Ventilation Service division within Medtronic, he works closely with global teams to drive revenue, support operational activities and enhance customer satisfaction. In his current role, he has managed multimillion-dollar P&Ls, led cross-functional teams, and fostered stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable business outcomes. He has also been consistently exceeded financial and operational targets, and achieved record levels of customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Jaime has held various positions within Medtronic including program manager, service marketing manager, product support engineer and field service. Prior to Medtronic Jaime served in the U.S. Navy.
