Kacy Drury

SVP, Customer Experience & Ops Everi

Kacy currently serves as Senior Vice President, Customer Experience & Operations at Everi where she oversees the company’s service and operational organizations. Her teams provide service and support to more than 1000+ casino customers for the Fintech, Loyalty & Games divisions. Kacy has twenty-nine years of diverse work experience in a variety of industries, including semiconductor distribution, education and gaming. She is currently in her thirteenth year in the financial services sector with Everi and has worked in gaming for nineteen years.

Kacy was appointed by Governor Sisolak to serve as a Commissioner on the Nevada Veterans’ Services Commission. Additionally, Kacy serves on a non-profit board as a Director for the Community Roots Foundation an organization focused on contributing to the success of a public charter school inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy. Kacy also joined the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Women’s Research Institute’s Community Advisory Board that serves to improve the lives of women through research and education. Most recently, Kacy joined the board of Huobi Trust Company, an organization offering secure financial solutions built on blockchain technology.
