Katherine Pham

Katherine leads WorkMarket’s strategic account management team overseeing the client experience. Her focus is driving value and consistency across all WorkMarket relationships and her team is responsible for managing and growing the company’s key accounts. Prior to joining WorkMarket, Katherine helped to build and lead the account management function at Axiom – a global legal services provider – where she and her team managed and grew the company’s largest strategic partnerships with F50 clients across a range of industries including telecommunications, manufacturing, and technology. She spent the first half of her career at Axiom on the new markets development team successfully launching the Houston and Zurich offices. Originally from Texas, Katherine now calls New York City her home.
