Katie is a transformative leader in customer success and services enablement at Schneider Electric. She built the U.S. Services customer success organization from the ground up—creating a model that is now being adopted globally as the company’s standard for scalable, high-impact customer engagement. While the foundation is strong, her work is far from done, she is now planning to expand this approach beyond the Services business to encompass the full breadth of Schneider Electric.
In her current role, she has also reimagined the services enablement function, evolving it from basic contract administration into a strategic organization that oversees end-to-end contract management and digital service execution.
With a rich background spanning supply chain leadership, startup growth, and business transformation, Katie brings deep expertise in design thinking and agile E2E operations. She also has robust experience in post-acquisition business integration—ensuring newly acquired companies are successfully aligned and operationalized within a larger enterprise. Katie is known for transforming organizations and turning around underperforming teams, building the infrastructure and culture needed for long-term success.
At this year’s conference, Katie looks forward to sharing practical strategies for balancing automation and efficiency with customer centricity, leaning on AI and mature customer success capabilities. As someone who is passionate about the dynamics of multi-generational leadership, she is also excited to learn how others are effectively ushering in the next generation of leadership.
