Marc Durocher Jr.

Marc Durocher is an Associate Director of New Products, Process, Infrastructure and Innovation within Wireline and Global Network Operations at Verizon. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and leads a national team of experts responsible for new consumer and business product deployments, process improvements, and driving innovation across multiple field organizations. Marc has held multiple leadership roles within in the telecommunications and insurance industries and his projects have generated millions of dollars in annual savings. A key to his success has been his ability to develop and operationalize new technologies to solve complex global business challenges. Durocher graduated from Saint Anselm College and earned his MBA from Nichols College, where he received an academic excellence award for graduating first in his class. In his spare time, Marc enjoys restoring antique vehicles and spending time with his family.
