Mark Hermes has a proven track record of delivering profitable growth across sales, sales management, and commercial leadership roles within regulated medical device manufacturers and service providers. He currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer of EMSAR, an ISO 13485–certified service company in the medical arena, whose client base includes several Fortune 500 manufacturers and many of the nation’s largest non-acute healthcare providers.
Mark began his medical device career as a territory representative and has built his career around a consistent focus on delivering value to clients through a growth-oriented, consultative approach. Across a succession of leadership roles—including organizations that achieved successful exits—his emphasis has remained on deeply understanding customer needs and translating those insights into differentiated, value-driven solutions.
Today, throughout the EMSAR commercial organization, Mark leads with a commitment to providing best-in-class services to OEMs and healthcare providers through a data-driven, consultative model. He believes sustainable growth and long-term partnerships are built by understanding client challenges and delivering solutions that enhance operational performance, service quality, and brand equity.
