In 2021, under Michael’s guidance, Spruce Grove Capital (SGC) acquired Cardata, tripling Cardata’s annual recurring revenue through the demonstration of his strategic and operational acumen. This remarkable growth culminated in a majority recapitalization in 2023 with Wavecrest Growth Partners and MassMutual Ventures.
