Michael Levine serves as the President of Cardata, a leading SaaS organization that partners with field teams to provide fully-managed vehicle reimbursement solutions for employee-owned fleets. As a seasoned private market transactions and business operations professional, Mike’s journey in finance and leadership began at Lynx Equity and BDO Canada, where he developed a deep understanding of business valuation and strategic management. He further honed his leadership skills at Target Canada, contributing significantly to their expansion into Canada. In 2021, under Michael’s guidance, Spruce Grove Capital (SGC) acquired Cardata, tripling Cardata’s annual recurring revenue through the demonstration of his strategic and operational acumen. This remarkable growth culminated in a majority recapitalization in 2023 with Wavecrest Growth Partners and MassMutual Ventures. Michael is known for his empowering leadership style, fostering a culture of inclusion, motivation, and continuous improvement. Today, Mike is a vehicle program expert, concentrating on delivering operational excellence and financially optimized solutions for Cardata’s customers.
