Nicholas Vandivere is the Chief Innovation Officer for IFS Nexus Black, where he leads strategic initiatives focused on accelerating innovation and delivering transformative AI-driven solutions. In this role, Nicholas drives cutting-edge projects that shape the future of enterprise technology, blending visionary thinking with practical execution to create measurable business impact.

Before joining IFS, Nicholas served as Product Executive at Thomson Reuters, following the acquisition of ThoughtTrace, a company he led as CEO from 2013 to 2022. Under his leadership, ThoughtTrace became a pioneer in applied AI and machine learning for document analysis and contract automation. Nicholas began his career as an Officer in the U.S. Army’s 3rd Infantry Division and later advised the U.S. Department of State, experiences that honed his leadership and strategic decision-making skills.

Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University. He is passionate about empowering organizations through technology, fostering innovation, and building teams that thrive on grit and collaboration.
