Paul Buttery was the COO for Virgin Media from 2015-17 leading the Sales, Service and Network Expansion divisions. Prior to this Paul led the Engineering, Technology, Operations and Service divisions as CTIO. Paul has been in the telecommunications industry for over 30 years working in the UK, Europe and US for BT, Verizon/Worldcom and C&W before joining Virgin. At present Paul is supporting ContactEngine with their expansion into the US and Europe following its successful deployment within Virgin Media during Paul’s leadership.
