Ron Salvador

General Manager of Service Lifecycle Management PTC

Ron Salvador is the General Manager of Service Lifecycle Management (SLM) at PTC, responsible for driving PTC’s SLM business across ServiceMax, Servigistics, Arbortext, and Warranty solutions. Under his leadership, PTC’s SLM business continues to enjoy above-market growth rates and a reputation for the highest levels of innovation in support of customer needs.\

Joining PTC in 2012, Ron was the VP of Business Development, responsible for integrating four acquisitions over four years into a consolidated and comprehensive portfolio of service solutions. Ron returned to PTC in 2018 to lead Strategic Alliances. He was then promoted to SVP of Global Alliances in 2020, where he led and grew PTC's Global System Integrator and Management Consulting business and PTC's Microsoft Strategic Alliance. Ron then assumed greater leadership as the SVP & GM of the Focused Solutions Group in 2021.

Before his experience at PTC, Ron had a thirteen-year career in Service spanning GE (General Electric) Transportation, GE Aviation, and GE Water & Process Technologies. He also has six years of executive operations experience across multiple industries in private equity.

Ron received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The United States Military Academy at West Point and is a Veteran of the U.S. Army.
