As Chief Executive Officer, Scott is responsible for the total solution for our customers, including Product Management, Engineering, Services, Alliances, and Customer Success. Prior to joining ServiceMax, Scott was a Regional Sales Manager at SuccessFactors. He was an original member of the team that formed SuccessFactors first industry vertical team focused on the healthcare market.
