Scott Matthews

Scott Matthews, Chief Operating Officer of AmeriServe, has over fifteen years of experience operating and advising companies in the private equity space. With AmeriServe, Scott leads a team of nearly 300 service technicians who service kitchen and HVAC/R equipment across the Southeast. Prior to AmeriServe, Scott led operations for Hygiena, a global biotech in food safety diagnostics and consulted with Alvarez & Marsal’s Private Equity Group. Scott holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA from Davidson College.
