Troy Barrilleaux is a veteran Field Service Leader with decades of experience in the medical device industry. As Senior Regional Field Service Manager at Neuronetics, he leads Field Service Engineers across the western U.S., driving technical excellence, collaboration, and innovation in service operations. Previously a Senior Field Service Engineer at Neuronetics and bioMérieux, Troy's expertise in medical device maintenance and service strategy is rooted in his leadership experience from the United States Marine Corps. He resides in Las Vegas with his wife of nearly 30 years and serves in both the choir and deaf ministry at Liberty Baptist Church.
