Wayne Creech, PMP is the Director for US Field Service Operations for Siemens’ Digital Industry. Wayne is a career services industry professional for the past 38 years with an extensive background in the development, management and leadership of services-based teams. Current responsibilities center on the strategic leadership and tactical management of a multi-discipline field service organization that commissions, repairs and/or maintains Siemens industrial equipment including hardware and associated software across a diverse customer base. Previous experience includes roles in Field Service, Training, Project Engineering, Project Management, Program Management, Corporate Account Management, and Operations Management.
