Planning Your Trip
If you are registered to attend the first day of the conference – Tuesday, April 22 – then we recommend arriving at the JW Marriott on Monday, April 21 or prior. The conference begins the following day and you will have some time to settle in prior to the event. You may even want to enjoy some of what Palm Springs has to offer!
The conference concludes on Thursday, April 24. Your package may differ so consider that when making your travel plans.

Accommodations
Room Rate: $289 plus tax & $15 resort fee
Field Service has secured a special conference rate of $289 a night plus tax for attendees. Field Service attendees that book within the room block also receive: high speed Wi-Fi Internet Access in their room, use of the fitness center, The Greens 18 hole putting course, Lawn Games at the Tennis Center and Golf Bag Storage at the resort for only $15 additional. In order to make your reservation, please call the JW Marriott Desert Springs at 1-877-622-3140 and identify yourself as a Field Service attendee. Rooms are limited and are on a first come, first served basis, so make your reservations as soon as possible. The special rate expires March 28, 2025. After this date, rooms may still have available, so inquire with the hotel if you have missed the cut-off date.
Things To Do In Palm Springs
Palm Springs Aerial Tram to San Jacinto State Park
Open year round, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway Cable Cars offers Palm Springs visitors (and locals) the opportunity to escape the summer heat, and to reach snow in winter, all while taking in the amazing views of San Jacinto mountains and the Palm Springs area.
The Indian Canyon Trails
The Indian Canyons are a great opportunity to get outdoors for some exercise, commune with nature, and fulfill a desire for adventure and exploration. With several different trails of varying length, this day-trip offers the flexibility to be just a few hours or an all-day affair.
Palm Springs Street Fair "Village Fest”
Each Thursday evening throughout the year, a large section of downtown Palm Springs "main street" known as Palm Canyon Drive is closed off to vehicle traffic, allowing vendors and performers of all kinds to set up shops along the street, making for great people-watching and shopping.
