VP - Field Services, Global Services New Era Technology

Chris Grant, PMP is a strategic operations and account management executive with over 25 years of delivering innovative technical solutions in the field services industry. Currently Chris is VP – Field Services, Global Services for New Era Technology, where he leads the financial services field delivery and vendor relations teams.

Prior to New Era, Chris spent 8+ years at Multiband Field Services, a subsidiary of Goodman Networks, Inc. During that time, he held several positions including Executive Vice President and President. While there Chris lead 1000+ direct broadcast satellite, major appliance/consumer electronics, and residential security field service teams. Chris successfully delivered large-scale field services for clients such as AT&T, LG, and Amazon.

He previously spent 14 years at SVI Systems, Inc. where he had operational and project management control of a national field services organization that serviced the hospitality and medical industries. Chris is a Project Management Professional (PMP), credential #1450655, and he has a Business Degree from Eastern Illinois University. Chris is a former U.S. Marine and Desert Storm veteran.
