Jatin (JT) Thakkar is a seasoned leader with over 20 years’ experience in global service operations and strategic business transformation. Currently as Director of Global Service and Sales Support at Carestream, he is responsible for all global business processes, technology platforms and operational support functions for the global service organization. He also leads the global service engineering and training teams that focus of driving best in class product performance and technical support for all products. Over his career he has worked across all functions of customer service and successfully deployed enterprise wide technology platforms and global harmonized processes to drive operational efficiency and customer value. His strengths are in leading cross functional teams to deliver complex business solutions on a global scale. He is passionate about driving customer experience at all levels in the organization. JT has a Masters in Information Technology and an executive MBA from the Simon Business School. In his spare time he likes to read, watch movies and explore new destinations around his hometown of Rochester, NY.
