Senior Manager of Supply Chain Direct Supply

Margo Sherer brings over 14 years of experience in operations and supply chain management, currently holding the position of Senior Manager of Supply Chain at Direct Supply, Inc. Margo’s extensive career within the organization has seen her assume multiple key roles, including over five years of leadership.

Margo earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a certificate in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She furthered her education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, obtaining a Master's in Human Resources and Labor Relations with a certificate in mediation and negotiation. While pursuing her Master’s she joined Direct Supply, Inc. and found her passion for supply chain, the services industry, developing talent, and helping America’s Seniors.

Her passion for developing talent goes beyond Direct Supply, Inc. Margo has been a guest lecturer at a number of universities in Wisconsin, where she shares her career development best practices with students. She is also an adjunct professor at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where she teaches an undergraduate course in Purchasing and Supply Management.

When she is not working or teaching, you will find her enjoying adventures with her husband and two young boys or reading a good book. Margo can also be found supporting Nation of Patriots, a nonprofit organization her and her husband founded that supports Wounded Veterans and their families.
