Showkot Hassan is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience in robotics, automation, and global service operations across industries like digital tech, mobility, medical devices, and logistics. As Head of Global Service at Omron Robotics and Safety Technologies, he leads service and quality initiatives worldwide, focusing on innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Showkot has launched over 50 robotics programs and developed advanced systems for predictive analytics and autonomous failure recognition. He is driving Omron’s shift to connected and remote service ecosystems—enabling remote diagnostics, live system monitoring, and data-driven service strategies that improve uptime and customer experience.

He holds an MBA in Project Management, a BSc in Computer Science & Engineering, and completed an Executive Leadership Program at the Wisconsin School of Business. His work reflects a deep commitment to smart service transformation, operational excellence, and building strong global teams.
