With over 15 years of experience in the biotech industry, I bring a passionate, forward-thinking approach to leadership in service and support. As Vice President of Americas Service & Support at Illumina—a global leader in genomics solutions—I have the privilege of driving innovation and operational excellence across the region.

In my current role, I lead a team of over 400 professionals across three regions, managing a $53M budget that supports $2.4B in sales revenue, including $220M in service revenue. My strategic focus is centered on enhancing customer experience, accelerating revenue growth, and fostering employee engagement. By cultivating a culture rooted in customer-centricity and employee empowerment, we’ve achieved a 90% Net Promoter Score and the lowest attrition rate in the industry.

Key initiatives under my leadership include:

• Establishing a dedicated team to manage user requirements throughout the product lifecycle
• Launching an advanced troubleshooting tool to improve service efficiency
• Optimizing spare parts inventory to streamline operations
